Picked up walking yesterday in addition to riding the bike at the gym. Actually i started walking because the air conditioning is not working and they are fixing it. I got pretty upset be because it took my years to like some exercise. So that's how walking happened. I really love it plus i downloaded an app for walking that counts steps..miles..time and so on. I'm pretty sure everyone knows those apps. I'm a dinosaur when it comes to new things but that's ok.
