Big lazy post-workout dinner after 10 crazy hours at work. Egg salad boat followed by a brownie and Greek yogurt. My protein sucks today but my cals turned out alright. Set my new goal weight to 140 lbs and my RDI to 2400 cals. We’ll see 🤷♀️
