does everyone add things in to their food diary in order to figure out what they are gonna eat for the day or is that just me?😂

Sometimes I log in advance and sometimes don't it depends on mood and time. I had things that they decide not to eat them because of what I added to my food dairy being bad choice and having to look at it made me change my mind too. 😊

I often log at the beginning of the day what I plan to eat to stay under my calorie goal. Then if I am cooking I will go in and make adjustments as I start weighing things as I cook. I also put in my planned snacks for the day, usually nuts and string cheese.

I often enter what I plan to eat for dinner in order to know how many calories I have available for breakfast and lunch (dinner is my main meal of the day).

Yes and no. I'll sometimes enter a meal before I fix it, to make sure it works with my goals. I'll keep an eye during the day to see where I need to moderate or fill in. But I don't plan the entire day

Yes! Daily… I always plan out, to some extent, what I’m gonna eat rather than ring it! I mean life happens, but most of the time my meals are planned not just logged after eating.
