There really isn’t a recipe - it’s just cooked ground chicken, broccoli, & mushrooms (I always add mushrooms to hot oil-less pan and let them cook down before adding seasoning and spray of avocado oil) with whatever seasoning you like. For the rice, I bake mine in the oven because I don’t have a rice cooker and it’s easier than stovetop (5 cups rinsed rice, 8 cups of bone broth, 1 Tbsp of butter, seasoning - add everything to an greased oven safe deep container, bake COVERED at 425*F for 35 minutes, uncovered for 30 minutes, take out of the oven to rest for 5 minutes, fluff with a fork).

I’m usually an ingredient meal planner- I have a lot of ingredients prepped / frozen and I throw stuff in a bowl. BUT I have a crazy couple of days coming up & I’ll be in a pinch for time 👍
