congratulations!! yeah I agree with you on children being posted on social media....it's yours, not theirs... I will ask my kids before I take their picture!! Sometimes my boys do say "no" and I respect that!!

Congratulations!!!! They grow soooo fast!! Breast feeding will be beneficial to her as well as help you lose baby weight.
Try to get a good amount of protein (1g per goal weight) and healthy fats. You need that energy with breast feeding. Limit processed foods. I’m happy for you! 🩷🍼

Congratulations!!! You're doing the right thing by keeping your sweet little gal off social. My daughter and her husband are doing the same. I think social media should be a choice for everyone to make individually, not something forced on them. Take your time with your fitness goals. Your body is already doing a ton! ❤️
