Thanks everyone for the support!! I really appreciate it. I’ve been doing 30min strength training 5xs a week, aiming for 10k steps/day, also adjusting my diet and being pretty strict with it and tracking my calories each day!
Calories/day: 1,000-1,200
Protein/day: 130-140g
Protein = 50-60% of daily cal
Carbs/fat = 25% each of daily cal
With the amount of protein I’m eating, keeps me fuller longer and the low carb is awesome!
Types of foods:
Breakfast: coffee with scoop of protein
Lunch: low-fat cottage cheese, sunflower seeds and zero cal hot sauce for flavor
Dinner: chicken salad with zero or low calorie dressing, sunflower seeds or albacore tuna with mustard/hot sauce (sounds weird but I crave flavor)
Snacks: triple zero Greek yogurt with protein scoop (switch up flavors for variety). Sweet tooth tip-*mix together and put in the freezer for a little, then pretend it’s ice cream!! :) hope this helps someone.
