Mental barriers: one of my biggest hangups about morning exercise is that I never feel like I want to work “that hard” that early. My brain takes some time to wake up. However, I really need to wake my metabolism up. Today, I am on the treadmill with the notion that just 15 minutes is better than nothing and I’m just doing a medium walking pace. I can read the morning news and get my bpm up to 130 simultaneously.
