Day 28 and I guess I am just holding where I am at. Last week was very stressful at work. I had to let my manager go which meant that I worked a lot all 7 days, needless to say I didn't get one day of my exercise in which I am really upset about. By the time I got home I was just way too exhausted. I am going to try and get back on track with the exercise. The eating is going well. I gave myself a break on Fri night because my boyfriend and I went to a baseball game so I had to have a beer and hotdog, but in all honesty even when letting myself eat bad I was full very fast and it wasn't really what I was craving anymore. My eating lifestyle has definitely changed. Well good luck to all and I hope that my next week weigh in will show some positive change.
