A bit up and down mentally but I’ve started to step up my physical stuff to see if that helps. Going to start weight training as well as the walking. Take care. I looked at your weight loss journey and I think what you’ve done is really fantastic. I hope you’re feeling better after your bloating issues. Take care and enjoy your weekend.
