Question for the ladies out there who get hormonal cravings. Any tips on how to curb them, or healthy options for them? Once a month I want sweets and potato chips and pizza omg. My fiancé thinks I just need to eat them to make myself happy, and will buy things to do so. But I have worked too hard to just pig out for 3 days, and basically negate what I’ve been doing. The struggle is real lol 😂

Everything in moderation. Take the snickers bar or cookie you’re craving and divide it in two. Pop the other half in the freezer to reduce the chances of eating the other half. That (sometimes) works for me!

That’s definitely not a bad idea! I’m learning more about what foods aggravate my stomach and body overall, so that is helping me to say no or have very little. Just so hard sometimes!
