Good morning! Last night I chatted on phone with friend for about an hour. Then watched the Carol Burnett show, and part of Perry Mason. Before we knew it, it was midnight! Which, as you already know, made the possibility of arising from slumber at 5:30am pretty much NIL.

And it was too - however, made it up around 6:15am, read a little CNN news, grabbed two bottled waters, and climbed aboard the elliptical for a 15 minute jam session after a warm up. Did 5 minutes level pretty fast, then max incline with 10 resistance for next 5, then max decline and 5 resistance for final 5. Then 5 minute cool down with no arm exercise. Didn't do too shabby considering. Followed a Skimble elliptical workout. Then did a loosen hips yoga for 8 minute cool down. Hips were a bit tight...but the half pigeon move totally nipped that!!!

No time for shower this morning after walking dog down the road this morning -- and goodness gracious the HUMIDITY is HEAVY this morning.

I was already sweaty before I went outside and within a minute, I was saturated. Stayed outside - long enough for dog to do her business and refuel (drinking water from lake).

Back inside for a quick breakfast (frozen yogurt -- really just activia blueberry yogurt stuck in the freezer, grapes, seed/dried fruit pack), downed the two water bottles left over from workout...and then too late to shower! Ugh! So I sit at my computer with my bathrobe on, because I am still soaking wet and now cold. AND I noticed I put my shirt on inside out. Bless me!

Today and tomorrow to get my stuff lined up for next week! It's gonna happen!

Making hot tea...herbal. Trying to avoid caffeine. And so weird, but still don't have my full appetite back yet. I'm considering a blessing from God, because I have been off the wagon and left behind several times this year.

Still focusing on this week's quote related to my goals: Occasionally ask: "What is the connection between what I want most in life and anything I plan to do today?" - Robert Brault, rbrault.blogspot.com

Plan on sharing this on other media sites today.

Have a great one!
