Tried something new today! Crossfit was a ton of fun and I'm excited to go back tomorrow.
not sure what all the move are yet but i know i did
5 sets of 3 back squats @65lbs, 80 and 95lbs. just kept increasing until i hit the 5th set.
and 4 sets of 15 shoulder presses @35lbs
I dont know what weights are good for me, but I'll figure it out i guess!
