After 10 days of limiting calories the amount I can eat has significantly decreased I used to eat this salad plus a full dinner I barely finished this

Beautiful dish!! Congratulations on maintain low calorie! Just a recommendation to consider: if you notice weight loss plateaus, research refeeds! It'll help get you get back on track. The body adapts super easily. So your new calorie low becomes normal and the body hangs on to what it has. Refeeds helps get unstuck from this plateau.
