Tuesday and Thursday evenings are reserved for yoga. My coworker and I find that it relieves our desk/work stress to do it right there at work when the day is done. It’s like a complete reset before going home. 🧘‍♀️

My office is the size of a walk in closet so we usually find a place around some cubicles. 😅😅 Thankfully, everyone is usually cleared out by 5.
