God has been good!!!! Been busy but focused! I haven’t lost weight but a lot of people say that I’m getting smaller! I have noticed a lot less inflammation 😁🙌🏼🙌🏼 small to some but huge to me! My fingers are the smallest they have been in years!!!!! Thank you my Lord and my savior 🙏🏽❤️🙏🏽

Take measurements consistently. Once a month or so to compare. Will tell you that you may be replacing fat with muscle. Good job!
