I am in AWE!!! I found out last week i was cheating on my planks so today we did three sets of planks correctly on the bosu ball and i could not imagine weight on my back let alone that kind of weight on lunges. No wonder you have those amazing legs🥰. I want to grow up to be like you rpl. Now i feel like a slacker😂

Great job! PLANKS ARE THE WORST 🤣When I started I couldn't make it 10 seconds. A few weeks back I got 3 planks completed with a 2 min duration on each one. I felt like I won a gold medal🤣 To me there one of the more taxing things you can do.

@ajbusjahn-I know I love heavy too until the soreness sets in from them and lasts longer than when I am in a mid rep or lots of reps week.

@YOH - I know what you mean by cheating on the planks. The first year I swore the trainer would say butt down, butt up and I would just really focus on where I felt the pull so that I would get it right. I know when I saw him take the 45# weight off the rack the only thing I was thinking well at least I probably will only have to hold it for 20 seconds or so! You are not a slacker! Look at what you have accomplished girl!

@Joe- I know what you mean! Great work on pushing yourself to 2 minutes on 3 sets. That is hard to do. I have done 1 set with no weight for 2 minutes but never 3 sets! I think time stands still when I am doing planks! LOL

@Diana - I remember when I first started out at the gym and did bent knee planks and they were hard. Just shows what consistency does. I was at 45# last year but had a few setbacks over the winter like you and just getting back up there again. I think it shows how resilient we are!
