I have been reading 23 from James Patterson from the Womens Murder Club Series on my elliptical. It does help pass the time. I do 20 minutes and want to start doing more. The problem for me is when I exercise more I get MORE MORE MORE hungrier. Just started a 50 minute nightly walk as well. I am older at 66.5 and had illness limiting movement for a year. I did do Yoga and still do, I weight lifted. But these did not prevent some intense muscle tightening around the hips and thighs. I literally want to cry when I walk. Yesterday was day 2 of the walk, better than first day. REMEMBER perseverance leads to endurance and I will not give up. But I am hungrier and eating about 100 calories over almost every day. I need to get a grip on it. Please keep sharing, as I said we all need encouragement in the right direction. Off food so we eat to live and not live to eat. We eat healthy, we make our goals. We support each other in moments of difficulty. Thanks for sharing your book, exercise and healthy food choice. It helped me open up, give me hope to get on track, and share with you all.

I will have to put 23 on my list for next reads @the salt lady. I read on my exercise bike sometimes and then make a protein smoothie afterwards. It keeps my hunger cravings down and helps me achieve my daily protein goals. I’m glad you like my shares. I love having the support and encouragement that I get here and it helps me to know I’m not the only one who has hurdles and challenges. Keep at your yoga and walks…be proud of even your small wins. 😊☺️
