Today's going good, getting ready to grill chicken and veggies. Recording all food, like how totals calories for the day. Still not getting enough food, drink lots of water and not hungry. Going to float away. Funny how I can emotionally eat when not hungry, but to eat for health is hard. Continue forward learning new things daily. Have a good night.
