I eat healthy. I exercise nicely. My weight has not dropped since 5.5. Very frustrating 😿

you have already dropped a HUGE amount of weight, so it's totally normal that there's a pause. Just keep doing what you're doing (it obviously works!) and don't stress! The weight starts to move at some point again. Or have a controlled break: eat what you want for a day or two and then get back to your routines. This might help to your frustration and also give a little kickstart for your weight to go down again.

You are on the right path. I have just lost 1 kg. Go to work everyday my bicycle and to the gym 3 times a week. I guess it takes time. ❤️
