Keep the faith Kiddo… it’s a sticky wicket when you’re that close to your goal. When I start to waffle as I call lacking motivation, I have a list of things I am grateful for, which start with how much healthier I look in the mirror. Then I go through the mental health checklist and finally my physical health and all of those things couldn’t be better as far as I am concerned. Then I look at the scale and it doesn’t seem like such big a deal. It will come around to your way of thinking as soon as you are ready :) The big thing I don’t like about disappointment is that it makes me vulnerable to making unhealthy choices and that is usually enough to get me to pick up my spirits… stay strong, we are all in this together! :) DV

Thank you so much DV for your advice, means alot I know people tell me not to worry about the number on the scale as you lose inches & can tell by the way your clothes fit but it would be nice to see a drop in the number on the scale too:) I question if my scale is even working correctly as I find it to be very strange that it is the exact same number not off by one number which makes me question! Anyways thanks again for your words & support:)
