We are watching now! Lol. I started at 155lbs and wanted to get to 140, I'm tempted to try 133 now though...hmmmm . Oddly this last couple of lbs are stupidly hard to shift! I confess I relax the diet at the weekends though. Anyway, good luck!

The last few lbs are the worst - I was just two away from my goal in 2012....fast forward two and half years and I'm now 37 lbs away, but such is life.....so back on track we go!
