Ok. I'm beat. Talked into a 50 k bike (50 uphill) with my wife's cycle club.. Almost killed me, but survived - and amazed by beautiful views of Waterton/Glacier National Park - and the downhill was a blast - top speed 74kph 😃.. Wife's calorie counter said 2200 calories so, good burn today - but now I'm a lump. Great day and weekend!
