I fell down a rabbit hole a few days ago and it showed on the scale, but I’m back on track, I dragged my ass out of that damn nasty hole and I’m feeling and eating better😁 it Does Feel So much Better when you eat Healthy, not that I can’t treat myself once in a while, but just have to remind myself that Portion Control is the Way to Go 👍❣️👍❣️
