Other than a little road trip overeating and less water intake, been keeping on track with exercise and eating well. Adjusting diet to less "keto-like" to just mindful calorie intake and macros in a good mix. I still love Atkins shakes and bars so that helps me a lot. Back at work today so getting on track.
