Long day..Got up made me some avocado toast, cleaned house, dishes, laundry, did exersizes & stretches..got dressed fed dogs..went out side in the SUN finally some SUN! Painted 1/2 the little house deck & the picnic table ..tomorrow I will finish the rest of the deck..then on to the big pool deck..it has to be swept and washed then painted..ughh I'm not young but I aint dead either..lol at 65 I jst hope I get outta bed come morning after today, for 5 motnhs I had a breathing problem so I didnt do anything..Im not use to this!...lol

Yea You! Exercise with visual purpose is the BEST! The fascinating thing about it is the more I get done, the more I can see to do. Motivation!
