OH my word I need more sleep. I can't believe I think I can function like this. This has got to be a goal: sleep at least 7 hours for 4 days straight then evaluate.

My legs feel like lead and I have that weird medicine head feeling. So immature of me to do this to myself. I could not get myself up this morning to do my planned workout session so weigh-in in the morning is looking scarier!
