Week 5 - Wednesday

Tonight, hubby and I went on another bike ride when I got home from work. We went a little farther today and shaved off time from our last ride. It was great...but tiring. Then we made a salad that was really yummy and hubby was excited about having it again soon. I know he really likes something if he wants me to make it again.

Measurements today went well....I lost .5% body fat and 5.4 inches from around my body in different areas. Can't complain at all. Since we aren't going camping this weekend, I am planning to go workout like normal Friday morning, which makes 5 days this week at class. Then I actually have the entire day to myself. Nothing planned. Going to enjoy it while I can though because Saturday is a busy day with several parties to go to. Another reason to work out an extra day this week. :)
