THERE IT IS 🥲 Woke up this morning expecting to gain a "point" or even a pound based on my current pattern... Instead, I was completely surprised over another pound dropped. I focused highly on my HIGHEST protein recorded so far yesterday. I was extremely overwhelmed to see the 80's... finally. I've officially lost 5LB since I began my journey 1 week and a half ago here on Fat Secret. Thank you for being so supportive! 5 down, 45 to go. 1 day at a time. 💪
