I had zero motion today
I even called in sick for work
I have been in bed majority of the day & ate like crap
However I just finished getting myself through my 40 minute workout & burnt 300 calories!
Very hard to do this workout especially at this time of the day as I always workout in the mornings

I have 1 more week to finish my 2 month workout challenge so I wasn't going to give up on my workout today👊

Hope tomorrow morning my motivation is back for now gonna eat & head to bed...again😉

Sometimes we need those days! I know I do. It sucks to feel unmotivated but tomorrow is a new day! I hope you enjoyed some yummy food today :)

Thanks Suriliel😊 I wanted McDonald's so bad but I settled for half of a veal sandwich from California Sandwiches instead which was delicious 😋

Oh perfect! See, you're already back on track :) We went out for an early dinner and I had two greasy things and I feel so gross. They weren't even tasty, I immediately wanted a do-over!
