Thank you Stormsgirl, newnormal, and hachoo for your kindness. I’m experimenting with flavors and avoiding sweeteners so the added cheeses helped or else it would’ve been to tarty. Pork rinds in the beef mixture substituted the bread. Color of foods make them less appealing to some folks but try it and let the flavors speak. Insulin needed was so low and such a victory!

80/20 is too fatty for my taste. I'll go 85/15 at times but I try to stay at 90/10. My wife likes the 80/20 for burgers but I tend to burn them on the grill since so much fat drips down and causes the flame to rise.
