Fructose goes directly to the liver and its turned into fatty acids. You'll see a difference if you'd flipped to veggies.

I have been eating fruit like this since 2020 and lose a lot of weight….per my nutritionist it’s healthy for me than cookies and chocolate bars that I use to eat.

@SolidsJourney not to be rude but nobody wants unsolicited advice. Let people eat what they want. Also veggies don’t taste as good as fruit so.

I lost 100 pounds previously as well. And I ate fresh fruit every single day. My doctor and my nutritionist both told me that I was eating all of the right foods for my body. People really need to mind their own business. “DiD yOU KnoW I ReAd On GoOgLe OnCe” 🙄

@Solidsjourney I might add to Auntsinge's comment...the body does need some of those healthy sugars...thays why they group fruits AND veggies together!😉

Jessie, I lost almost 40 lbs. eating fruit every morning & have maintained the loss. I love fruit & obviously you do, too 😊 It's healthy & tasty!
