Intermediate Fasting has worked the best for my weight loss journey. I'm currently at 190.2 lbs(began at 200 lbs in Jan.) so I am dropping to a calorie range of 1500-1600 calories a day. Wish me luck guys and gals!! Hope your journey is a good one!!
