Fantastic! I feel like I’m regressing. Got up to 90 seconds but now struggling to just do 60. Thanks for the inspo to keep at it.

You could try using one of those cheap door mirrors and just lie it lengthwise against the floor board. I have a couple of fancy mirrors in 2 rooms that I intentionally didn’t hang so that I could check my form during at-home yoga sessions.

JB - great ideas on the door mirror and lie it lengthwise! Thanks and I also read for a plank challenge if I start suffering on my form to break it up into 2 sessions but right now I am just seeing how long I can go and keep form.

Tonnette- Thanks - I do like planks on my off gym days because they are easy to just knock out a set but of course I need to make it an April challenge too if I miss anymore days.

SG -Thanks! I can remember when I did bended knee planks when I first started at the gym so I feel good to be able to have the strength to do them and at the gym I have had 45# weights but right now only 25# so working my way back up.

I started on knees as well. Planking is no joke. Only those of us that have held one for 3 minutes know! 😅😅 i’ve been doing toes for a long time, and I do full plank from wrists and elbows, but almost always elbows, because I am a victim of carpal tunnel and holding planks for any length of time with the wrist bent is fighting the enemy. Ouch!! if I’m holding for a long time my right hand, especially can go completely tingly and near numb. Dreadful for my dear. Your form looks good and I always have my daughter or someone spot me to make sure I’m straight and in great form and I squeeze my butt and tighten the core ha ha.

Wifey- I hope to be up to 3 minutes this month! Yeah I know my wrists could not hold up either. I need to remember to squeeze my glutes for extra power and something to focus on!
