I was in the Hospital again, this time for a week, quite annoying.
Also. With Beth's encouragement I went on keto for 2 weeks with a big weight loss.
But I did not keep it up. "Regular food" is so much more appealing to me. I need to gather a new mind-set. sugarplum_ Louise

So sorry to hear you've been unwell and hope you're fully recovered 🙏. I tried keto a few times and couldn't keep it up after 2 weeks. My body HATED it...but everybody's different.
