I feel overwhelmed today. Back pain has kept me from any kind of exercise whatsoever. I need to lose half of my body weight. Between doc appnts, pain, and finances I am just a hot mess. I just keep my eye on the prize. When I lose some weight, maybe it won't be so painful to exercise. At least low impact. I am going to get through this. I have the support of wonderful family and friends. God also has my back and with him I can't go wrong. I will take it a day at a time. I believe binge eating to be an addiction and I can apply some AA tactics. Gonna go meditate now.
