I don't know why I have to choose an RDI when I join - I haven't been counting calories and I've lost 7 lbs over the past three weeks from just eating healthily and exercising.

I doubt I'll count calories unless I hit a plateau.

Jun 20th 2011: 156.4 lbs, 38.7% body fat.
July 14th 2011: 149.2 lbs, 37.2% body fat.

For some the RDI is very important. Exercising has never been an issue for me but portion control has and then I bounce between very healthy and very unhealthy foods. The RDI helps me keep on track.
