I cannot seem to find the time to count my calories on this app. I am trying to watch my food intake. I have been working out faithfully for 2 weeks with one day rest each week however I go for a walk on my "rest days"
I only weigh now every 2 weeks, rather than every week
With Lent in effect I have given up potato chips & alcohol so here's hoping I see a difference🙏
I know it takes time to see a difference but I feel so much better since I started working out faithfully🙌

I see similarities in our paths. I have used the tracker on and off. I do find entering as consistent as possible to give the best results, but as I eat very uniform and repetitive meals, I usually have a rough number daily anyhow. I do the gym 5 days a week, and rest days are dedicated to walking as well. I find my biggest frustration is the stunted weight loss periods. That said being mindful and focused does get the results. Thank you for your comment I tend to stop working out/give up at 3 weeks for some reason Well tomorrow is the beginning of 3 weeks so I need all the motivation & well wishes to keep me going so once again thank you for your support 😊
