Well, should have waited to weigh until today I guess. My guess is I had water weight from the weekend dining habits. I did extra exercise last night while watching the Bachelor. I had a diet meal and then meal prepped some bean and cheese burritos on low carb tortillas. I love burritos. Cheap eating. I put two in the freezer and left two to eat this week and have some salmon thawing. Been wanting some fish. Hubs doesn't like fish so I eat it while he is on the road. Another mid-week rainy day so going to have to exercise indoors again. Happy V-day y'all. I may try to go get some 50% candy tomorrow haha and put in the freezer. Hubs loves sweets. Funny at night I like salty snacks while he is eating ice cream. I love my Ariel frame which is part of my V-day. Feelin' the love.
