Second day of cardiac rehab today. 15 minutes of stationary bike and 15 minutes of tread mill at 3.5 mph. Max heart rate was 111 according to telemetry, but tread mill said I got to 120. Breathing thru the nose the entire time. NO CHEST DISCOMFORT! I did break a sweat. BP was 122/75 when I checked in, 140/85 during workout, and 116/70 after 5 minute cooldown.
