My weight has increased at an alarming rate. I am trying to be mindful in all aspects of life and my weight is one of those areas that deserves more "attention" I sat in my docs office today and heard the same lecture about eating less and burning more but not too much less and not too much more. He is a skinny bastard my doctor.
