for my height 5'1 I think that I'm supposed to weigh 116 to 120 something. I'm too old to weigh 120 something. so I know because Allah said underlying their fat, my skin is not supple. it droops. i need to weigh 130-140. ugh! I gained 10 pounds two months ago...which means I weigh 150. Ick

Great Job! We are the same height, so I understand where you are coming from. We know stress is not good. It is great to be at a healthy weight.

@ YesAnother… sorry I don’t agree with your statement. If any body works in a caloric deficit that body must eventually lose weight. That deficit can be maintained either by burning more calories than consumed by exercising OR a sedentary lifestyle and not consuming enough calories to sustain the body. I don’t think Tall short or in between matters.

68 i agree. i dont think its harder to lose. but i do think its easier to gain. sinply because our rdi is lower so its easier to over-eat. my over-eating could be a normal amount for someone 6in-12 in taller. 🤷♀️ we also show weight gain faster because theres not as much body surface area, for weight to distribute to.

Shorter people have an advantage for building muscle. The ROM is shorter and makes benching and squatting easier. I believe research has shown that they don't have as many tendon injuries. Plus, putting on an extra 5-10lbs of muscle makes them look huge.
