Holding steady again, which I’m hoping is just a precursor to another loss! Been adding in some different workouts than just the treadmill to try to go easy on my knees!

Sleep has been the one thing I’m really struggling with being consistent about 😭 I have a routine but having a 2 year old AND a one year old means I never know when I’ll wake up or how many times I’ll wake up at night. Last night my daughter woke up 6 times and I had to wake up and get her back to sleep each time. Then my 2 year old woke me up at 5 AM, when we usually sleep until about 7. Not sure what effect that’s having on my losses but I know it can’t be great. Trying to find a balance between getting enough sleep and having enough time for myself so I don’t go crazy. I know it won’t be forever but dang this particular season of parenting is one I’m struggling to weather.

Thank you Morticia 🙏❤️ I have to remind myself that it’s ok and necessary to embrace the hard parts as well as the awesome parts and that this is only a season of life! My son turns 3 next month so I’m hoping this no sleeping thing starts winding down lol.

LMAO don’t tell me that Daddy 😂😂😂😂😂 My sister didn’t sleep in her own room until she was 13, I was ignoring that fact though in favor of optimistic ignorance 💀

It does get easier sleep wise as they get older. Hang on, this should be temporary momma!

Make sure they are nice and full right before bed, satisfied. That might help. Another idea, wear them out with more physical activity before bed.
