No weigh in today, I know itll be up from water retention and Id rather wait a day or two. I had a friend join me at the gym last night and we tried a class I havent been to before. It was good, but hard. Im so uncoordinated and the first half was basically a step class. I did better than I thought I would haha. My calves are TIGHT today though. I was already feeling sore last night, but other than my calves its not too bad today. Im debating on going to the gym tonight. I definitely need to start making it a priority again, but Im also not trying to kill myself. Next week Ill be out of town for work and theres no gym at the lodge we stay at. Ill try to get some walking in but it all really just depends on the weather and workload.
