Yes Matt. Mostly IF OMAD Ive been at it longer than 20 weeks but have changed the plan a few times on my app and it resets me.

Wonderful, I’ve started yesterday an intermittent fasting dawn to dusk.. feeling great & light ! Even started singin’ ..I can fly 🤣 🕺🏻

Matt, yes about 90% of the time I do OMAD...sometimes two. I find they work great together with IF and often my fast is so long that's all I need. Definitely great for losing or maintaining.
