I have just eaten a large quantity of mixed nuts. I've no clue on how much in grams or ounces but I now I've probably exceeded my RDI by a country mile. It is my greatest weakness. The nuts were put out in a bowel for a visit by the family this afternoon. Oh! Dear, back on the straight and narrow tomorrow. Hope alls going well with you all.
