Good morning! Fasting blood glucose was 93. Breakfast today is one slice Base Culture gluten free seed and nut bread (I'm gluten free as I have Hashimoto's as well- generally gluten is fine for pre-ds), 2 tbs unsweetened almond butter, 1/4 c blueberries, and 8 oz coffee with 1 tbs monk fruit/1/3 tsp liquid stevia/2 tbs half and half. I'll be heading out for my walk in a bit- gotta bundle up!🥶 Have a great day!
