Well I think I'm coming out the other side of this headcold and I'm starting to feel a bit better. I just want to get back to my Arvo walks and weight exercise 😆. I weighed myself this morning and I think it was 133.4kg but I can't be 100% sure lol. I'm losing weight a little too fast so I'm thinking again it's more water weight. Christmas day is tomorrow and apart from having a headcold it's a good time for me. I can remember 6 years ago I was fighting the black dog of depression hard and almost lost but managing myself with help from my doctor I got back on the right track of enjoying life again.
