I don't know what a burpee is but must be nothing like a slurpee. I'll have to look it up. Lettygaylor - you've been doing great.

A burpee with a push up that's the next goal! And yes Glen I try to make my class a wee bit challenging. Gotta push it, just a bit, every day. People says it gets easier. But I say you get STRONGER!

At our gym, a Burpee always has the push-up with it!

Right now we are doing PiYo and the burpees don't have push ups.

I read, and believe it's better to do 4 shorter sets than one long one.
the example given was "It's more effective to do 4 sets of 20 pushups instead of one set of 80."
I can't do 80 deep pushups. and difficult to do over 50 reps.
but if I do a set of 20, it's easy, then 20 a little harder, then 10 is difficult, and afterword I can tell I've done more work than when I do 50 pushups at once.
Just keep on doing what works. :)
