I’m having a hard time getting back on track.
My eating wasn't terrible over Thanksgiving but it was sloppy. Plus I skipped the gym for almost a week.

This is what l'm dealing with:

1) my first Christmas to have the family at our house.

2) helping my elderly mother navigate the holidays and life in general without my dad.
He passed away almost 2 years ago. Grief has made her dementia worse. But she won't admit that and refuses to accept our help.

3) being the peacemaker between 2 family members.

4) dealing with anxiety

5) struggling to get back to healthy meals and regular workouts
6) low energy due to illness
Anyway…..this is my comment for tomorrow:
Healthy meals
Stay hydrated
Exercise

I have been where you are. I helped my husband with his bed ridden aging mother who lost his father her husband and difficult family members. I continued my own life. Again I know what you are going through because I have been there. But let me tell you. Online sites are not the answer. If you have no friends or family that can help than reach out to a community with real people. Church or elder services etc. I hope you find some peace.
