Try Google! “Quick and easy lunch ideas for weight control” or something similar. I‘be got some great ideas there. My fave? Double slice whole wheat sammy with tomato, cukes, and lettuce with a little mayo and a bit of mustard. Filling and refreshing. Good luck 💕
